CEREDERM – Self-Adhesive Silicone Scar Dressings

CEREDERM® is a thin, transparent, self-adhesive silicone dressing for the treatment and prevention of hypertrophic scars and keloids, old or recent. Applied after suture removal on closed, dry skin, the medical-grade silicone works through gentle pressure and a semi-occlusive effect: the scar becomes softer, flatter and less red, and itching is relieved. Each sheet is reusable for up to 3 days, can be cut to size and is removed without pain.

• Invisible: thin and transparent, worn all day under clothing
• Reusable and washable: stays in place up to 3 days, water-resistant, repositionable, pain-free removal
• Cut to size: overlap the scar by at least 1 cm on all sides
• Shapes for breast surgery: Crown for peri-areolar scars, Anchor for breast reduction and mastopexy (areola + inframammary fold)
• Lipostick discs: for small scars after mole removal or liposuction entry points
• Can be worn under compression garments or elastic bandages

How to use

Use as directed on the packaging and in the leaflet. If in doubt, ask your pharmacist or doctor.

Treatment course: worn continuously (removed only for washing and prolonged contact with water); renew every 2–3 days. The manufacturer recommends 2–6 months, with visible results after 2–3 months. Single-patient use.
